Problem:

Jakarta is the center of daily activities, then from the city of Jakarta, including one that causes
congestion. This is because the amount of traffic volume is increasing. Jakarta society using
personal vehicles for public transport, and less feasible to be used as public transport. Most
users of private vehicles coming from the suburbs to Jakarta, because the people from the
suburbs to work in Jakarta more numerous than the natives of Jakarta, causing traffic jams.
Usually congestion occurs in the hours to and from the office in the arterial road that connects
the city center with the suburbs of Jakarta.

Residents who live in the suburbs of Jakarta vying seek sustenance in the heart of the capital,
thus there is congestion on the highway in the city, both leading Bekasi and leads to Tangerang.
The congestion is the result of poor planning of the city's past. All business centers, government
centers, and shopping malls built in Jakarta. While many residents or workers who live in the
