I wish to apply for a position that would fit my qualification. I am Mr. Yancy Ace I. Dacua,
22 years old, currently staying on my friends boarding house at U.M. Matina Gravahan. I
am an Information Technology student (IT) for almost two years in Davao Oriental State
College of Science and Technology (DOSCST) but I finished a degree of Bachelor of
Elementary Education in Mati Polytechnic College (MPC) Mati City year 2015 and
fortunately passed the Licensure Examination for teachers (LET) last March 20, 2015.

My work experience includes an eight months Customer Service Representative at

Teleperformance Call Center, I also worked in VXI Global as Customer Service
Representative, Ecoland, Davao City for 4 months and now currently working in Convergys
Davao still as a Customer Service Representative for 4 months. I have been with different
accounts already. Technical, sales and customer service.

I am willing to quit my current job if given a chance to be part of your good company Please
give me a chance. I badly need it, since I just had my first newborn child and having this job
will be the greatest help I can get for my family since this is a home base job, which means I
am close enough from my family in any emergency cases and assistance my family needs. I
am aware that this job needs focus and I will assure you I will give my undivided attention
during my shift, This will be my greatest wish hoping to be fulfilled this year, I will manifest
