To whom it may concern,

Good day! I am so honored to work in your reputable company and experience working
remotely and receive support from colleagues whenever there is/are difficulties occurred
throughout the work from home set up. I am extremely thankful that you have accepted and
believed in my capabilities to perform my duties as technical support, despite the situation
that we have. This company provided essentials for my family during this pandemic, which I
am grateful for, wouldn’t forget that, and the memories with the team.

Recently, I have received good news from the DEPED office stating that I have passed the
teachers' ranking which allows me to teach in a public school and have a stable job. This is
also bad news because I have to leave your reputable company immediately since I have to
report to the school I am assigned to. But I do believe that for you to be happy you have to
choose your passion and in my case, I choose teaching. Whenever I teach young students,
there’s always a sense of fulfillment. Unlike when I receive calls, I always feel stressed and
exhausted, so sometimes calls are not resolved. And I don’t want to be a burden in your
company. That is why I am resigning.

I am willing to coordinate with you to completely process this resignation.
