How does your firm conduct strategic planning?

Even before we exist in the business world, we have gathered enough to come up with a
strategic plan. The strategy is to widen our network of connections particularly to students, our main
target market; because as we all know young people now days are socialized. We have come up to a
strategy like that because as a new entry business, that must be our plan first, to let people know our
product, to let people know our goods and to let people know we exist.

Who is involved in the process? Does the firm hold planning retreats?

As I have said, before coming up to the strategic plan, we gathered enough data. So the people
involved in the process are students who gave their opinions about the business. The concluding part of
the strategic plan is made, of course, we partners in the business.
