AIM- An approach toward detail study of various natural techniques and statergies of hvac for
energy efficient and sustainable development of a building

OBJECTIVE-

1. To study the natural heating and cooling techniques.

2. To study the natural ways for air conditioning in a building.
3. To study the natural construction techniques this leads to the comfortable and
habitable indoor spaces.

1. Proposed thesis topic- SHOPPING HUB WITH RECREATIONAL

SPACE
Reason – To create a public space for all age group where one can go to shop and
at the same time other people can enjoy and have entertainment. Developing a
shopping hub with a recreational center also helps in improving economy and
health at the same time.

Creating shopping hub which does not looks like a a closed box of automatic
machine but a semi open sophisticated shopping place without any crowd
accumulation with great landscaping including recreational space for mental and
physical health.

2. proposed thesis topic – TOURIST ROYAL RESORT

reason- want to create a royal resort for people in the royal city of india
where tourist come to visit the city and can get the glimpse of the city whit
in the place of staying with all the necessary need of a resort with the
uniqueness of the city.
