1. Rose and Rona are both working for the same employer. Rose is a kasambahay while Rona only
goes there occasionally to babysit their employers’ son. The employer is the one who arranged
their scheduled and tell them everything they need to know and their responsibilities in work.
After a few months of working the two female employees wants to terminate their contract due
to physical and emotional abuse. But the employer denied the allegation and that the two
employees are not performing their job well and wanted to end the contract. They are also
claiming that they are covered by the ‘Kasambahay Law’.

2. Wilmor is working as a part-time employee in an advertising company as a video editor for more
than a year already. Everything was okay until the company announced that they will close the
company due to bankruptcy.

3. Angela and Erwin is working in Christmas Lantern Factory as lantern makers, and only goes to
work when they are called and when the Christmas season is coming. Ino is the employer and he
instructs the employees how big and what kind of lantern they would make. Both are working
for Ino for 5 years now, but the latter claimed that they are not his employees.
