HOW TO SUMMARIZE AND COMPUTE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF HOURS FOR NSTP 1 TO POSSIBLY COMPLETE
THE MAXIMUM 90 HOURS REQUIREMENT

1. Actual classroom contact hours - MWF = 50 HOURS


- TTHS = 54 HOURS
2. Sunday Forum - 2x4= 8 x 2 = 16 HOURS
NOTE: A 16 hours will be credited to the students who really attended the forum with attendance.
Students who missed the two(2) fora will be credited 8 hours only upon accomplishment of their
remedial.
3. Class suspension - MWF = 7 hours
- TTHS = 3 hours

Automatic advance remedial hours (any excess remedial hours is computed merit or class standing
points to be added to their class standing scores)
4. Talent Beyond Borders actually watched = 7 hours
5. Talent Beyond Borders bought ticket did not watch = 5 hours
6. Talent Beyond Borders talent performers/NNTM representative = 24 hours
7. Talent Beyond Borders gold awardee (whole class code) = 7 hours
8. Talent Beyond Borders silver awardee (whole class code) = 5 hours
9. Talent Beyond Borders bronze awardee (whole class code) = 3 hours
10. Talent Beyond Borders (recruit) = 2 hours(each)
11. Costume Making (whole class) = 5 hours
12. Tal-iao and Mangngagas show = 5 hours
13. Earthquake drill marshall (Class of Ma’am Glo) = 5 hours + merits pts
14. Presidential Debate (Oct.02, 2017 – 4-7pm) = 4 hours
15. Mass Sponsorship (Chapel) = 2 hours(each)
16. Christ the King mass and Crusade = 5 hours
Note: Special mention to the class who are consistent. Attendance c/o of NSTP office.
17. Zumba Fitness at DENR (Nov.10, 2017) = 5 hours
18. Mass ( feast of Immaculate Conception-Dec.08,2017) = 3 hours
19. Bought uniforms from the office outlet & others as
agreed during the meeting (show your office receipt) = 10 hours
 with uniform/borrowed or was given = 7 hours
20. Marshall for class of Ma’am Glo (Nov.24,2017-mass) = c/o Ma’am Glo
21. Run for Hope (Scheme a – d) (Nov.26, 2017) = 12 hours
Note: For those who have additional recruit please refer to NSTP Office for additional instructions.
22. Lantern Parade Marshal (Dec.01, 2017) = 20 hours
Note: A 24 hours will be credited to the marshals assigned at the athletic bowl and stayed until the
program ended.
23. Blood donation (10 hours if self; 5 hours if others; maximum = 10-20 hours
of 2 recruits only)
24. Report on volunteering in civic or community projects or activities = open
using SLU NSTP form 74 ( Please see attached form for the participants for Lantern and actually joined
the parade)
25. Other Mass attended by the students at the University (identify the date) as approved by the NSTP
Office. Please coordinate at the NSTP Office.
26. Other: if you have other suggestion of completing the 90 hours please discuss/secure approval from
the NSTP Coord.

NOTE: For SSC KASAMA Election make sure our students participated with their proof and it is included in
their product and performance (CS). Please refer to the pgf.
