从机场的巴⼠士总站乘坐A21路路⾄至旺⾓角鸦兰街，下⻋车后延荔枝⾓角道
向北走，到柏树街向右转, 左⼿手边即是立⽅方公寓。

若您到店时，我们的管理理员已经下班，请⽤用我们提供的密码打开密码盒，取出对应的房号
的⻔门卡，然后⾃自⾏行行⼊入住。

If the time you arrive is out of our business hour, you can check-in by yourself. Please
open the safe box with the password we provided and take away the correct keycard,
by which you could access the apartment and your room.

入住須知
Regulations of Stay

1. 社區室內範圍全⾯面禁煙。包括但不限於客房（包括客房洗⼿手間）、走廊、⼤大堂、廚房、洗
⼿手間、洗衣房、健⾝身房。如有需要，請到露天範圍（如天台或街道上）吸煙。如果在禁煙
範圍內吸煙，不論是否觸動火警或影響其他住客，皆需要額外⽀支付每⼈人每次港幣$1,500
清潔費。

Smoking is prohibited in all in-door areas of the apartment, including guest rooms
(including the bathroom in guest rooms), corridors, lobby, kitchen, resting room,
toilet, laundry room, gym. Please smoke only in outdoor areas, such as the roof
garden or on the streets. Smoking in prohibited areas, regardless of whether it
results in fire alarm activation or complaints from other guests, will incur a penalty
charge of HK$1,500 each occurrence.

2. 社區範圍內請盡量量避免對其他住客造成滋擾的活動。22:00-08:00期間請壓低聲浪，以免
影響他⼈人休息。

Please be considerate and avoid activities that may disturb other guests. Please be
quiet 22:00-8:00 daily to ensure resting environment of all guests.

3. 請保持公眾地⽅方清潔，愛護公共設施。如發現損壞或缺失，請及時通知管理理員維修或更更換。

Please keep the public areas clean and use public facilities properly. On
discovering damage or loss, please contact M3 managers for repair or replacement
immediately.

4. 請於退房⽇日11時前離開房間。請帶齊您的⾏行行李物品，並將所有租借物品（包括房卡）留留在
房間裡。

Please leave the room before 11am on the departure day. Please take all your
personal belongings and leave all borrowed items (including key cards) in the room.

Step 1: Login your Airbnb account

第⼆二步：进入“编辑个⼈人资料料”。点击⻚页⾯面右上⾓角的账户头像 —>选择 “编辑个⼈人资料料”。

Step 2: Go to the Edit section of your account. To do so, click on your account
name on the upper-right part of the page. Select “Edit Profile”.
第三步：点击 “评价”。进入编辑个⼈人资料料⻚页⾯面后，点击左侧菜单栏的“评价”选项 —>点
击右侧“您写的评价”，将会看到您过去所有的评论和待评价的房源。

Step 3: Click on “Reviews.” Once you’re on the Edit Profile section, click on the
Reviews tab found on the left menu panel of the page. Click on the “Reviews by
you” tab. This will display all the past reviews you’ve written as well as all the
hosts or guests you’ve stayed with and waiting to be reviewed.

第四步：撰写评价。选择要评价的房源，撰写评论，并打分后点击提交。

Step 4: Give your feedback. To do so, select a user profile under the Reviews to
Write section. Hit Enter when you’re done to submit your review.
