Every taxi in the city will know that address, but you can show him the map for his
assistance.

FYI, the first line says, "Can you please take me here?". The second says the address,
which is "No. 10, Alley 12, Lane 71, Section 5, Zhongxiao East Road". The last line
says, "Near CityHall MRT"

Enter the lobby and take a left into the hallway. If the guard asks anything you can tell
them you’re here to stay at a friend’s place at 5F, or A500.

 Take a left on the first entrance of the hallway, you will see an elevator here.

After entering the elevator, make sure to use the grey badge to press on the 5F button.

Living in the Unit / 生活須知
 
Written Guide/文字版本:

1. Fully Set Up​ - The unit should be well setup with bed linens, towels, toiletries
and basic kitchen supplies. If there is an item not provided in the apartment
which should be, for example toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner etc. Go ahead
and buy it and send a picture of the item and the receipt to your representative
and you will be reimbursed.
一切設備齊全​ ​- 我們提供齊全的設備以及日常用品, 其中包含床組, 毛巾, 衛浴用品, 以及基
本的廚房用具. 如果有任何必需品有缺失, 例如: 牙刷, 洗髮乳, 潤髮乳 等等諸如此類, 請放
心地去購買並且將物品的發票/明細以及圖片一起傳給我們, 我們會為您支付這些費用.
2. Quiet Hours​ - Refrain of being too loud after 10PM until 9AM. Please respect
the neighbors and don’t disturb them.
請勿大聲喧嘩時段​ ​- 晚上10點至早上10點之間請勿大聲喧嘩. 請尊重您的左鄰右舍不去打
擾他們.
3. No Smoking​ - If you would like, you may smoke on the balcony with the doors
closed. Please do not have conversations on the balcony, as the neighbors can
hear your conversations in their bedrooms.
請勿抽菸​ - 這間房源禁止抽菸. 如需抽菸, 請離開房源一定距離. 謝謝
4. Shoes Off​ - Please take off your shoes when you enter.
請脫鞋進入 ​- 進入時, 請將您的鞋子脫掉.
5. Handling Trash​ - recyclables and general waste should all be separated and
brought to the B2. After exiting from the elevator, enter the door to your left, turn
right and the trash disposal area should be to your right. Please make sure to
separate the trash and recycles accordingly.
垃圾處理方式 ​- 回收物品跟一般垃圾應該要分開, 並且帶至地下二樓. 從電梯出來
後, 請進入您左手邊的門, 經過廁所後右轉, 您就會看到垃圾集中處在您的右手邊.

6. Close Drains​ - When not in use, please close the floor drains in the kitchen and
bathrooms to prevent odor.
- 為防止臭氣, 請將浴室及廚房的排水孔保持關閉. 僅在使用時再打開, 謝謝您.

7. Only Guests On Reservation​ - According to the building rules, only guests that
are on the reservation may enter the unit.
僅提供給有預定的客人 ​- 根據房源本身的規範, 只有在預定範圍內的客人可以進入.
8. Reasonable Use Of Utilities Is Required​ - Please turn off the electricity when
you leave or for whichever room you are not using. Please turn off lights and
AC/heat when leaving. Meter readings are copied in between each guest, and
guests security deposit will be charged for unreasonable use.

key is for going up the lift.

11. TV / MOD Guide and Troubleshooting:​ This unit provides a Projector and a
MOD for your use. Both must be turned on, and the source switched to​ HDMI 1
in order to watch TV. There will be two remotes, one for Projector and one for
MOD. Troubleshooting: Please make sure that both the set top box and the
projector are turned on, and that the HDMI Cord is connected, then switch
through the sources one by one. Most of the times it is because it is switched to
the wrong source or the cord isnt connected.

如何操作. 如果投影機跟機上盒使用上有問題, 請確保投影機跟機上盒都屬於開啟

City Transportation Guide
 
Metro/MRT:
Most of the time the MRT is the fastest and
cheapest way to go to anywhere in the city.
It's very modern making it easy to navigate .
It's also in Chinese and English so it's super
easy.
The first train starts at 6AM and the last one
leaves around 12AM.
I recommend you to purchase an Easycard at
a 7-11, or in any Metro station for 100NTD
(Refundable deposit). It won't have any
balance so make sure to put some money on
it.
The Easycard allows you to use all public
transport including bus, taxi and even shared
bikes. You can also use it in most stores as a
debit card.
You can also purchase a single use token, the
price depends on the destination. And the price is from 20-65 NTD.
 
Taxi:
Taxis are more expensive than metro, however still a very affordable way to get around.
The cost of a taxi ride is about 3-4 times the cost of one MRT ride. To hail a taxi just
look for the light on the window and raise your arm on the curbside. Fares determined
by the meter up front, are as following:
1) Daytime 70 NTD for the initial 1.25 km and then 5 NTD per 200 meters.
2) Between 11 p.m. And 6 a.m.: A 20 nighttime surcharge.
3) Tipping is optional
If you can't speak mandarin, you can just show an address to a taxi driver.
 
Uber:
Uber is available in Taiwan and can be nice if you are worried about talking to the Taxi
driver.
 
YouBike:
YouBike is a city bike sharing program, an eco-friendly option to explore all things in
Taipei. You can find it closely to most MRT stations and bus stops. It costs 5 NTD for
the first 30 minutes and then 10 NTD per every 30 minutes of usage. You can register
at an ubike station, using your Easycard or credit card. Either a cell phone number or a
credit card deposit is required.

Family Mart&7-11​ - At the first floor take a right. And another right.
Nearest supermarket:
Pxmart​ - At the first floor take a right, take a left when you reach the first crossroad and
in 130 meters you will see it on the right side.
Nearest MRT:
Sun-Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Entrance 2​ - At the first floor take a left and take another left
when you reach the end, you should see the MRT station to the left of you.
Bank/ATM:
Cathay United Bank​ - At the first floor take a left, then your first right. When you get to
the crossway, turn left onto Keelung road, and take another left. You should see the
bank to the left of you.

Mosun is a great place to eat

Teppanyaki. You can choose one out
several different sets. Which the chef
will grill in front of you. Impeccable
service and food and extremely tender
meat.

Mala Hot Pot 马辣顶级鸳鸯火锅 offers a

supreme spread of hot pot ingredients at
an affordable price. At just TWD 498 for
weekdays lunch and TWD 598 for dinner
and weekends, the meal even comes
with free flow drinks and dessert!

“NIce Szechuan restaurant. The spicy

dumplings are particularly good and the rest of
the food offerings the menu are delightfully
tasty as well. The neighborhood it is located in
is one of Taipei’s most happening hot spots for
great nightlife.”

“Standard McDonald’s fare with local Taipei

offerings such as a their uniquely Taiwanese
pork sandwich toast. There is seating on the first
floor that you can wait at. When waiting for a
movie or such, you can order a meal here (a cup
of hot black coffee, burger, fries) the basics. It
feels so comfortable! Open 24 hours for your
convenience.”

Dong Qu

“Undoubtedly the center of all things in

Taipei, Dongqu is the area along and just
off of Zhongxiao East Road (忠孝東路)
between Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station
and Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall.
In Chinese, Dōngqū (東區) means Eastern
District. Taipei also has a "western
district" outside of the west gate, better
known as Ximen (西門).
Dongqu's most lively area is outside MRT
Zhongxiao Dunhua station on the
northside of Zhongxiao East road up to
Civic Boulevard. Within this tangle of
streets and lanes are numerous
restaurants, shops, cafés, stores, and small boutiques.”

 Taipei 101​ and ​Elephant Mountain

“Towering above the city like the gigantic bamboo

stalk it was designed to resemble, Taipei 101 is
impossible to miss. At 508m, Taipei 101 held the
title of 'world's tallest building' for a number of
years. Until 2011 it held the title of the world's
tallest green building.
For views of Taipei 101, climb ​Elephant
Mountain​.”

Linjiang Street Night Market

“Many foreigners and tourists walk to this

nearby night market to enjoy their dinner after
watching the sunset on the observation deck of
Taipei 101. Although Linjiang Street Night
Market is not as famous as Shilin Night Market,
at least you won’t find stalls that rip off tourists
here. It successfully captures the atmosphere
of normal people’s lives in this highly
developed urban city.”

Check-Out Guide / 退房須知
Standard check-out time is noon 12pm.

Please remember to take all of your belongings AND to remove all food and trash
(opened and unopened) from the apartment before leaving. Our cleaners will take care
of the rest.

If I have arranged for you to leave your luggage in the unit after your noon
check-out, at or before 3 PM, you can come back for your luggage and leave the
keys behind. Cleaning will be scheduled to begin starting at noon.

When you are ready to leave, please help us leave the keys in our mailbox. Our mailbox
is located in a mailbox room by the elevator, when you leave from the elevator area,
turn to your left, and you will see a small door to the left of you. You will find our mailbox
inside, it is 10號 5F.

“Not to be confused with Sun Yat-sen

Memorial Hall station (Guangzhou Metro) in
Guangzhou.​ It is named after​ the nearby Sun
Yat-Sen Memorial Hall,​ a memorial to the

Note: ​you must have a SIM card available for call in Taiwan for this service.

To improve your stay experience, we offer an ​Early Luggage Drop-Off ​service

that allows you to leave your luggage behind before your actual check in time.You may
come back after our standard check-in time for a self check in.

Apply Method:
This service should be applied for ​at least 48 hours before your check in​, by
messaging our customer service with the ​message​ provided at the end of the Early
Luggage Drop-Off Guide. Our customer service will then arrange with you the specifics
on the ​time range. ​Receiving the specifics on the ​time range​ for dropping off your
luggage will mean you have successfully​ ​applied.

Early Luggage Drop-Off Procedures:

1. Arriving in-town - Message Property Manager: ​After you have arrived in-town
via Taxi or MRT, please use the contact info we have provided with you and send
a message through airbnb or platform booked to inform us that you have arrived
in-town and are heading towards the unit.
2. Arriving at Unit 1st Floor(Meeting Point) - Call Property Manager: ​Once you
have arrived at the 1st floor of our unit, you may call using the contact info and
we will meet you at the ​Meeting Point ​to take your luggage inside the unit for
you. You may then head out and check-in after our standard check-in time. To
provide you with a better cleaning and housekeeping service, we don’t allow any
entering of the unit including bathrooms before the standard check-in time, thank
you for your understanding.

“I have read through the guide and saved an offline version for viewing. I understand
that I need to message(through airbnb or booked platform) the property manager
according to the template on the Guidebook when I get to the city to notify him of the
way I will be heading over to the unit.
When I arrive at the first floor, I will call to let him/her know I have arrived.
I also understand that there will be no entering of the unit for any reason until
standard check-in times.”

入住前行李寄放服務

為了提供給您舒適的入住體驗, 您可以向我們的客服人員申請​行李寄放​的服務. 讓
您可以事先將您的行李寄放在我們的地方, 並且在過了入住時間後再自行入住。 
 
申請方式:
注意: ​欲申請此服務必須要持有可以用於​電話的SIM卡​。

本服務需要於​入住時間提前48小時​預約. 預約方式: 在閱讀完本篇教學後,將最底下的​訊息

於Airbnb上回傳給我們的客服人員, 客服人員便會為您安排行李寄放的服務. 當您收到了
行李寄放的時間範圍​, 便代表了您已經申請成功了.

行李寄放服務步驟:
1. 抵達市區 - 訊息聯絡人員: ​在您藉由MRT或計程車抵達市區後, 請使用我們提供給
您的聯絡資訊, 發一個訊息（透過Airbnb或您使用的平台）給聯絡人員告知您已經
抵達市區, 並且正藉由何種交通工具前往入住處.
2. 抵達入住處一樓(會面點) - 電話聯絡人員: ​在您抵達了入住處的一樓後, 請打電話告
知您的聯絡人員您已經抵達入住處的一樓, 我們便會請專人來替您拿行李上去. 為
了提供給您一個更完美的清潔服務以及入住體驗, 在入住時間之前, 您將無法進入
入住處. 如有任何問題, 歡迎打電話詢問聯絡人來理解更多緣由, 謝謝您的諒解.
