Feasibility Study Product Proposal

Kapeng Barako
(Spanish: café varraco or café verraco; English: barako coffee)

- Kapeng barako turned out to be a common name for all coffee from Batangas. It’s a

rare and exotic coffee fully-grown in Lipa and other high places in Batangas, and

known for its strong taste. It is also a variation of the Liberica species, which is

known (when it’s known at all) for its big cherries and unusual flavour.

Goals: To finish and conduct this study with all members of the group helping in

and cooperating well at researching all necessary and valuable information needed.

Target Place: Palma's Pure Barako Coffee, Lipa City, Batangas

Estimated Duration: 2-3 Months

Purpose: This feasibility study will benefit those barako coffee lovers on knowing

more about their beloved early morning beverage. Not only will this study be able to

portray more information about “Kapeng Barako” but many will also show how

process of making “Kapeng Barako” from harvested coffee beans.
