COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

CORPORATION herein represented by its duly authorized

representative______________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with office
address at M. J. Cuenco Avenue corner Osmeña Boulevard Cebu City,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY
-and-

DENSING, (CO-MAKER) wife of SAM DENSING (MAKER), of legal age,

Filipino citizen, and a resident of, Mandaue City, hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY.
-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is a Lending Corporation duly organized

and created under and by virtue of the existing laws of the Republic of the
Philippines with principal place of business at M. J. Cuenco Avenue corner
Osmeña Boulevard Cebu City.

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY acknowledged her indebtedness to the

FIRST PARTY in the amount of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY TWO PESOS AND EIGHTY FOUR CENTAVOS (PhP29,162.84) and
negotiates to the FIRST PARTY that she be allowed to pay the same without
penalty and by installment for FIVE (5) months;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY on the other hand grants and allows the
SECOND PARTY’S wish and prayer;

WHEREFORE, it is mutually agreed:

1. That the amount of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY

TWO PESOS AND EIGHTY FOUR CENTAVOS (PhP29,162.84)shall be
paid by installment for FIVE (5) months in the amount of SIX THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED PESOS (PhP6,000.00) and on every 1st week of the month
starting on the month of November 2017 until the month of March 2019;

2. That PENALTIES are hereby freeze for the duration of such term;

3. That payment shall be made thru Palawan Express where the receiver is
Jasmine L. Zamora, Branch Manager PJH Lending Corp., Cebu
4. However, failure on the part of the SECOND PARTY to comply the terms
and conditions of this PAYMENT AGREEMENT shall cause for the
reinstatement of the penalties.
