Give us your brief background?

I was born and raised in Giyani, Limpopo. I started my career at Nestle as a graduate engineer. I have
had a career spanning over 10 years, and having played different roles has enabled me to grow in my
career and as a person. I enjoy working in a challenging environment as it gets to test my inner
character.

What does your job function entail?

My role entails leading and creating meaningful work for my team. At the core of my function, is to
drive plant reliability which enables the operation to meet its production commitments. And most
importantly, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone that enters the Roodekop site.

What you future Plans in this role?

The focus is on building a highly capable and diverse pool of talent which is analytics driven. This will
enable decision-making easier around the predictive maintenance space and other key areas, which
is where the future lies.

What are your interests?

Off work, I am heavily involved in the beauty space alongside my wife. I also enjoy travelling to other
parts of the world to experience the diverse cultures.

Tell us about your family?

I am married with a 2.5 year old boy. We are a young dynamic family.

What motto do you live your life by?

I do not take anything personal. I keep pushing the boundaries!!!
