Rules:
1. Any type of paper can be used.

2. Participants are allowed to paint and glue models if it would

not prevent identification of all elements of the model (including
pre-creased lines defining the assembly process). This rule does
not apply to the participant’s own design.

3. Only photos never published before the olympiad are allowed.

4. Each model should be photographed from at least three angles

to clearly display all the details. Low quality photos will not be
considered, but total size of the resulting message should not
exceed 10 Mb. Recommended size of pictures is from 640x640
to 1500x1500 pixels.

5. Minimal editing of the pictures is allowed as long as it doesn't

affect the appearance of the model. E.g. you can crop photos,
reduce the noise, change color balance but you must not add,
erase or change any details.

6. Participants should not upload photos of their models to the

Internet before the end of the Olympiad.

7. Upload your results before 15.11. 2016.

8. Upload instructions has been sent to your e-mail address.

Task №15
Video Games
Maximum score : 15 points

Games
In this task we propose you to create
your own model.
The topic is very broad which allows
you to demonstrate your folding and
designing skills.

You can choose any subject you want

if it matches the topic. It can be just
any video game characters, monsters
or items, accessories or vehicles,
identifiable specific game elements, any game or console logos e.t.c.

The model can be created in any style, technique and complexity level.
But there still are a few basic rules:

- one convex polygon sheet of paper (e.g. square, rectangle, triangle,

pentagon, hexagon, etc .);
- any color, size, type of paper, etc.
- you can use MC+paper, foil-paper, wet-folding as well;
- no cuts, no glue;
- no painting or varnishing of the finished model (you still can paint
the paper before you start folding);
- minimal editing of the pictures is allowed as long as it doesn't affect
the appearance of the model. E.g. you can crop photos, reduce the
noise, change color balance but you must not add, erase or change
any details;
- you can make a composition photo with as many different models as
you like, but only one of them will be judged (you must specify
which one is it);
- you must include CP and other information about your model (so
jury can see that the rules are observed).

Good Luck!
