 My Final Major Project is going to be a short film based on my specialism; the genre
of drama. I have decided that I am going to make my film for the Aesthetica Short
Film Festival. I am not sure whether I will enter my film into it yet, but I am going to
follow the rules and guidelines entrants must follow. Therefore, if my film comes out
well, I can enter the competition if I would like to.

These are the rules for entering a short film into the Aesthetica Short Film Festival:
o Short films should have a maximum running time of 30 minutes.
o All films must be English language, dubbed into English or subtitled in English.
o Your entry form must include your name, address, telephone number and
email so that we can contact you.
o Your film must not be in breach of any copyright, including music or sound
used in your film.
o The link to your video included in your submission form must not expire.
o We will accept submissions of films that have previously screened elsewhere,
including at other festivals

If I was to enter my film into the competition, I could be in with the chance of
winning the following prizes:

o Festival screenings at ASFF 2018

Screenplay (£1,000),People’s Choice, York Youth Award and Best Film in each
