BOARD OF ADVISORS MEETING

FEBRUARY 20, 2018

The Advisors of The Sierra Project met as a Board for the purposes of electing
commissioners to represent the Advisors on the Board of Trustee. A quorum was
present with Moderator Gabe Colon presiding.

The meeting was CALLED TO ORDER at 3:50 PM.

A dilemma was introduced with the following commissioners sent to the Board of
Trustees for the term of March 1, 2018-June 30, 2018:
 Gabriel M. Colon
 Carson S. Brown

So, new commissioners were elected as:

Term of March 1, 2018-June 30, 2018
 Alani Colon
 Carson S. Brown

The meeting was ADJOURNED at 3:52 PM.
