Special Meeting
Monday, February 26, 2018

I. Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting was called to order around 8:30 AM. The roll was formed as:
Gabe Colon, Carson Brown (presiding), Dylan Heitmann (proxy), Spencer
Barney (proxy). Excused members were Karyn McKinley and Stevens
Tovar.
II. Appointment of a Distributor
Acting on the recommendation of the Moderator of the Annual Meeting, the
Trustees VOTED to appoint Christian Cottrell as the Distributor for the
Annual Meeting of 2018, to take office immediately following the annual
meeting.
III. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by the Moderator around 8:35 AM.
