• A deep dish pizza is a classic Chicago dish!

Deep • It is not know for certain who created this dish; some claim it was invented by the owner of
Pizzeria Uno, while others say it was created by Rudy Malnati, the chef at the restaurant.
Dish • The origins of this pizza seem to stem from as early as the 1940’s.
