Project Work instructions - MBA II Year Students

Dear students,

As per director instruction the followings points forwarded to the students and to be strictly adhered to
with regards to submission of project work.

1) Before going out to do project work, all the students are instructed to meet their respective college
project guides to share their Project Company and Project TITLE to get their approval on or before 29th
Dec’17.

2) Upon confirming the project and approval, students have to submit the Project Declaration Form
with parent’s signature to Placement officer. Without submission of Project Declaration form students
are not allowed to carry out the project.

3) Students must update the Work book diary and provide the project status to their project guide
personally and at least 2 reviews to be performed.

4) Synopsis (format attached) for the project must be prepared well in advance and submitted it to their
guides on or before 5th Feb’18.

5) Faculty guides are requested to follow up with students regularly and to do reviews and submit the
synopsis on time if any of the students fail to submit, the same should be brought it immediately to the
notice of Dy. Director for further action.

Students are advised to follow the schedules time line as mentioned above. If students not submitted
synopsis as per schedule, they will not be permitted to appear for Project / Viva-voce examination.

IF THEY FAIL TO SUBMIT THE ABOVE, THE COURSE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS COMPLETED AS PER
RECORD. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT POINT TO BE NOTED.
