1. Not using tools enough


 To reach 450/hr - 600/hr+ the REPAIR tool and the DRAG tool should be
your best friends
 Avoid re-drawing buildings if possible, and just repair them for maximum
speed

2. Use your best judgment to infer building size under tree cover
 Look at neighbor buildings to determine how large a building should be
(usually buildings on neighbor properties are similar size)
 Look for the “centerline” of the top of the roof, which usually indicates that
there is equal space on each side of the roof. Sometimes one side of the roof is
dark because of shadow – be careful of this

3. Do not draw caravans or boats
 Sometimes the system draws caravans and boats. Be sure to delete them

4. Draw sheds on decks, but not decks themselves

drawn. Red arrow points to a plan deck (no roof) – this should NOT be drawn.
5. Only Draw solariums that are HARD grids
 Only draw solariums that are VERY hard grids
 Do not draw solariums that are blurry or unclear
 Our intention is to capture STRUCTURES
