2. Use your best judgment to infer building size under tree cover
Look at neighbor buildings to determine how large a building should be
(usually buildings on neighbor properties are similar size)
Look for the “centerline” of the top of the roof, which usually indicates that
there is equal space on each side of the roof. Sometimes one side of the roof is
dark because of shadow – be careful of this

5. Only Draw solariums that are HARD grids
Only draw solariums that are VERY hard grids
Do not draw solariums that are blurry or unclear
