The main purpose and purpose of the job interview is to try to find out if the candidate is
the appropriate person to fill the vacancy that has been requested. In the job interview the
candidate tries to find out why the candidate is interested in the job and what he can
contribute in it.

Definition and short description

The job interview is the final stage in any process of seeking employment or change of job .
All previous steps such as information gathering, preparation , submission of the cover
letter and follow-up Curriculum Vitae , have been aimed at getting a selection interview
with the company . It is the moment of personal contact, where in an individual and direct
way, the interviewee has the opportunity to convince the interviewer that he is the person
suitable for the position. "We play a lot in a short time.
It consists of an exchange of information between the company and the possible worker
through the questions in which it deals with the most relevant aspects for the job, such as
professional competence, technical and professional skills, skills, perception about oneself ,
interest in the position or future expectations, among others; in order to assess the
suitability of the candidate for said position.
