keeping the right employee through motivation by providing financial and non-financial rewards and
also providing by training and dismissal the bad employees from the job.

The Recruitment process is:

Stage 1. Defining the job role. When the business organization is looking to fill the vacancy the first
thing a business must do is clearly define the job and the type of person required. This is done by
creating a job description and a person specification.

For example we need security guard for our school (this is called defining the job) that we need security
guard. Now come to the job description, in job description the tasks involved and terms and the duty
time and the salary and on.

Person Specification: As you know we need Security guard for our school. So thing here the person
specification we need a healthy person with good experience and reasonable education level which we
need for security guard and also skills.

Stage II: Internal or external Recruitment:

Internal Recruitment: means the business organization is going to fill the position from inside the
employees who already working with the business organization.

External Recruitment: The external recruitment means filling the vacancy from outside of the firm.

STAGE III Selection: Candidates on the shortlist will then undergo a series of assessments. The length
and number of these assessments will depend of the type of job, which might include, interview,
aptitude tests. Etc.

Part time employee or full time employee: this is the duty of the HRM department to figure out that
we need part time employee or full time employee. Keeping in mind that the cost of hiring part time
employee is less compare to full time employee.
