Chile – Aveeno Launch Event

KEY INFORMATION ON THE EVENT


 The event will take place on March 23rd at the Terraza de Centro Parque, an event center in
Chile.
 The ‘Save the date’ invitation was sent on Friday, the February 24th.
 The event will be split in three different parts:
o Breakfast for a 25 people team of J&J’s sales force and beauty advisors.
o Lunch for press, with a group of about 100 people.
o Dinner for dermatologists, about 50 people.
 The most important activity in the event will be the ‘Oat Route’ or ‘Ruta Avena’, which
consists of a few phases:
o As they wait for the presentation, the guests will be offered natural juice to taste and
look at the gorgeous Santiago view.
o The presentation starts with a sensory experience with oat – the guests will touch and
taste the oat, and even grind the oat grain, feel the plant, the seeds and everything
about the material.
o The second station will consist of a talk with a nutritionist, where the guests will learn
about healthy oat preparations and eat oat-themed snacks.
o After that, there will be a talk with a cosmetologist and the guests will wash their hands
with colloidal oats, and learn the benefits it provides the skin.
 After the experience, will follow the presentation of the spokesperson and the meal according
to the time of the event.
 At the end, guests will leave with a gift from Aveeno with two products to take home and try
out.
 Influencers/bloggers will be invited to stream the event on their social networks.
 There are talks happening on two ambassadors’ presence to cover the event and post about
it.

PRESENTATION
 First there will be a presentation of a consultant about the products.
 After that, Cristina Vendruscolo will make a presentation about Aveeno launching in Chile, the
Aveeno portfolio and the differences between the Daily Moisturizing and Skin Relief lines,
followed by Q&A and, for the press event, an open talk moment.
