Terms & Conditions:

1) Minimum Call Out for each Test will be charged as Stand –by rate for no activity on a particular
day per crew for each Test.
2) Call out shall be at least 24 hours in advance.
3) Work on Fridays and holidays will be charged 1.5 times above regular charges.
4) Client have to provide one helper for PWHT.
5) VAT 5% amount will be added to all invoices, Starting from 1st January, 2018.
6) Mobilization & Demobilization charge will be applicable (2SR per KM) if job site far from
UIC office more than 60 km *.
7) Making access or the erection of structures (scaffolding) to provide access for our personnel and
equipment is not included in our rates.
8) The client’s signature on our daily activity sheets will constitute the approval of both time and
quality of work. These sheets will be included as backup to our invoices.
9) Adequate & safe scaffolding to facilitate all round access to the components.
10) Weather protection, adequate temporary lighting, site utilities, drinking water, first aid etc.
11) Dark room office for film processing and developing (if required).
12) Storage pit at the work site should be provided by client (if required) and should be approved
by KACARE.
13) facility for our equipment & Bunker if required
14) Gate passes for technicians, equipment and vehicles. & Issue of work permits.
15) Payment should be made after the receipt of the Original Invoice within 30 Days.

This offer is valid for 30 days from this date.
