1.1 INTRODUCTION

In the recent years, breakthrough innovations have enabled retailers to capture new

Intelligence regarding trends and customer behaviours at the store level which has ultimately led
to alter the experience of the consumer in the factory or in the business.

In order o make a comfort zone for consumers it is very important to provide them with the same
set of experience they visit the the industry for any purpose.

It is essential to find the points of differentiation and find ways to overcome it.

A consumer is the most important part of any business.He is not dependent on us. We are
dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is purpose of it. He is not any

Jayashree has got well equipped state-of-the-art Tool Design, Tool Room, Molding and
Extrusion facility to cater high volume production requirements of all type of Rubber products.

In-House Tool Room Facility

Equipped with latest CNC machineries, our die making capability is one of the best in the
country for Rubber Industry. Innovative design, best machineries and craftsmanship work in
harmony to achieve perfection in tool making. We design and develop 125 – 150 multi cavity
tools annually. Our in-house tool room help us to serve our customers with quick delivery.

DESIGN
Using the latest CAD/CAM software our highly talented engineers and technicians design and
develop innovative products, meeting stringent specifications as per customer requirements. The
management is pledged to provide the best available facilities , technologies & instruments
available to Dept & this has been a major driving force behind our success story. Jayashree has
been working closely with OEM for developing new products for various automotive
requirements.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Raw material mixing

Jayashree has introduced automated chemical weighing system in our centralized Rubber mixing
unit to ensure the quality of mixing :- the most critical process in rubber product manufacturing.
The mixing is done by using dispersion Kneader and open roll mixing mill technology. The
Dispersion Analyzer will ensure the quality of carbon dispersion in the mixing process We are
processing all type of synthetic rubbers at Jayashree apart from Natural Rubber.

Moulding
The plant is equipped with most advanced and fully automatic lines comprising of Injection
moulding machines, Vacuum compression cum transfer Molding machines and other supporting
facilities. For Rubber to substrate molding, we have shot blasting, sand blasting, aluminum oxide
basting for plastics , phosphating & automatic bonding agent application cell .

Jayashree has got ISO/TS-16949 certification from UL India in 2005 and ISO-
14001 and OSHAS-18001 in 2008. Some of our valued customers like M/s. Continetal
Corporation ( Formerly Siemens VDO ) has audited as per VDA-6.3 quality system and been
awarded AB Grade with 86% scoring and global supplier status.
