G12 CELL LEADER’S GUIDE

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the Standard WEEKLY G12 (discipleship) Cell Meeting.

I. PRELIMINARIES

· Opening Prayer

· Song (Optional)

· Small Talk (How are you? How’s your family? How’s your work? How’s your school?)

II. TESTIMONY TIME

Testimonies should be limited to the following areas and must be current (this week):

· What God is doing in your life through our Discipleship Process.

· Any personal victory you experienced this week (example, over temptation, etc.).

· Any ministerial victory you had this week (example, you opened an open cell, you shared the
Gospel with someone, etc.)

· A promise in God’s Word that became real in your life this week.

III. SHARING OF DEVOTIONAL

Note: The devotional of the cell group members and the cell leader MUST be synchronized for
better group discussion. (I am authorizing all cell leaders to choose their own Bible book for their
devotional.)

Guide Questions (you can add as you see fit):

1. Which part of our Devotional for this week did you like best and why?

2. What important Personal Lessons did you learn from our Devotional?

IV. MINISTRY TIME

· Ask for prayer requests.

· All Disciples must write the prayer requests of their fellow disciples and help pray for them
during their daily devotions.
· Give time to pray for the prayer requests.

V. MONITORING

Check the following:

1. WRITTEN Daily Devotion

2. SUNDAY CHURCH SERVICE Attendance

a. On time

b. With Bible

c. With Ball Pen

d. With Book Note (check sermon notes)

e. With Tithes/Offering

3. PEPSOL Training Attendance

Note: Discipleship happens in the Cell with the Cell Group Leader.

Cell Leaders are responsible for sending their Disciples to our School of Leaders.

1. Question and Answer relating to G12.

2. Question and Answer relating to Bible Doctrines.

3. Question and Answer relating to Souls Winning.

4. Question and Answer relating to Cell Group (Open and Close Cells).

5. Multiply your cells by helping your 12 have their own 12 each.
