Class of 2018
Five  students  were  presented  their  diplomas  this  month  in  a  special
ceremony  at  Southwest  Utah  Youth  Center.  Family  and  friends  of  the
graduates  came  from  far  and  wide  to  celebrate  the  momentous  occasion.
These  young  men  worked  very  hard  and  have  persevered  through  many
difficult  circumstances  to  get  those  diplomas.  We  are  so  proud  of  them.
Way to go, gentlemen!

The  youth  completed  CPR  training  on March
19.  It  was  set  up  by  our  school  transition
coordinator,  Melanie  Coon.  All  youth  who
completed  the  training  earned  an  official
certification  that  will  be  helpful  to  them  when
they  go  out  into  the  job  market.  Check  out  the
pictures of the youth getting hands-on practice!
In  other  news,  our  youth  also  participated  in
the  Alive  at  25  training  on  March  16.  This
driving  safety  course  is  useful  for  anyone,
especially  young  drivers  who  need  some  points
knocked off their driver license.
