Bullying is making another person feel victimized, no matter what the reason is.

Acts are defined as bullying by how the victim perceives it, and can include:

• Physical violence
• Stealing
• Threats and intimidation
• Gossip
• Put downs
• Name calling
• And anything else that makes another person feel victimized
Bullying can be in many different forms including,

• Physical
• Written
• Electronic
• Verbal
• Implied

If bullying is witnessed, it can be anonymously or confidentially reported to me in person,

through a note, or on the 'Communication' page. The situation will be appropriately handled by
Miss Swann, parents, and/or administration.
When bullying occurs, the consequence will be immediate action by parents and/or
administration.
Every member of our school community should be treated with respect. All students are
responsible for maintaining this contract.
By signing this document, I am vowing to not bully and to report to Miss Swann when I know
or see someone being bullied.
