pour until the egg is completely covered then do the same with the
other egg then put your eggs up and put away your materials.

Day 2: get your eggs out and carefully dump the vinegar and weigh your
eggs again then get your cup that says syrup pour a little bit of syrup in
the cup then take your water and stir really well then put your eggs in
the cup. Then take your second cup and fill up with water then place
your egg. Put the eggs back and clean up.

Day 3: Dump the mixture and water. Be very careful egg is extremely
fragile then weigh your eggs and write down for day 3 and make
observation. Once you’re done you can go over to a trash can and
break your eggs and clean up everything.

My Hypothesis

My hypothesis was that egg 1 will be bigger than egg 2 because of the
syrup.

Day 1

Observation they were normal eggs and felt normal and looked normal
but when put in the vinegar the shells in bubble.

Hypothesis that the eggs will still be hard eggs.

Day 2
Egg Lab
50

Observation both eggs feel like jelly because the shell fell off and were
bubbly then when put syrup in water in egg 1 it was floating. Then egg
2 with water sank both eggs were getting yellow for being left out

Hypothesis Tomorrow egg 2 will be hard again and egg one will be even
squishier. Also egg 2 will still sink.

Day 3
Observation egg 1 got really smaller while egg 2 got much bigger. They
were both really fragile and had to be careful. They were easy to crack
open when broken.

Summary

In conclusion my hypothesis was wrong because the egg that was in the
just water was much bigger because when you don’t have enough
sugars the more water it is going to take. With the egg with the syrup
got smaller because more sugars means less room for the water to
come in. So in conclusion the egg with the least amount of sugar will
take in water will expand more than the egg with more sugar.
