• Advise  8  executive  board  members  of  Loyola’s  student  programming  board,  Department  of  Programming,  to  plan  late  
night  programming  events  for  the  undergraduate  student  population  
• Manage  programming  board  logistics  such  as  campus  space  reservations,  contracts,  event  requests,  and  
payment/purchasing  requests  through  OrgSync  
• Attend  and  support  the  planning  and  execution  of  at  least  4  late  night  programs  per  week  including,  but  not  limited  to,  
yoga,  film  showings,  open  mics,  holiday  programming,  team  trivia  and  special  events    
• Supervise  the  DOP  programming  budget  of  $350,000  by  allocating  funds  to  7  different  areas  of  events  and  ensuring  
financial  accuracy  throughout  the  year  
• Support  new,  collaborative  programs  and  initiatives  in  social  justice  and  community  building  by  allocating  funds  
towards  events  such  as  Build  A  ‘Bler    and  Loyola  Paint  Night  
• Co-­‐advise  the  planning  and  execution  of  Colossus,  an  annual  concert  and  comedy  weekend,  that  has  brought  acts  like  
Nick  Jonas,  John  Mulaney,  and  Trevor  Noah  to  campus,  with  nearly  4,000  attendees  per  night  by  working  with  several  
campus  partners,  vendors,  and  entertainment  agency  for  ticket  management,  security,  and  stage  production  
• Facilitate  a  focus  group  of  10  students,  the  Colossus  Advisory  Board,  in  the  Fall  semester  
• Develop  a  strategic  plan  for  Colossus  that  includes  innovative  marketing  ideas  such  as  ticket  giveaways,  seat  
upgrades,  raffles,  and  shuttle  bus  banners  
• Create  a  transition  program  to  ensure  materials  and  event  content  are  given  to  new  Directors  after  Spring  elections  
• Plan,  implement  and  facilitate  three  trainings  for  the  executive  board  to  educate  on  campus  policies,  leadership,  and  
facilitate  team  building  activities  for  the  group  
• Provide  departmental  support  for  large  scale  events  such  as  Welcome  Week,  Family  Weekend,  Finals  Breakfast,  
Weekend  of  Excellence  and  Senior  Send  Off

funds  within  restricted  RSO  accounts  regarding  invoices,  contracts,  and  fundraising  
• Advised  the  Cooperative  Funding  Committee  which  allocated  funds  from  a  $100,000  budget  to  various  RSOs  for  
campus  wide  programming  
• Assisted  Associate  Dean  of  Students  for  Student  Activities  with  student  organization  registration  training  and
