Third Grade Field Trip

Dear Parents,

The third grade will be taking a field trip to see the Louisiana
Philharmonic Orchestra to attend their Young People’s Concert Series. This
will be an incredible opportunity for students to become familiar with some
classical music, and could potentially lead to a lifelong love for playing an
instrument! Also, students that attend the Young People’s Concert Series
are invited attend a concert with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra
completely free of charge! Please fill out the attached permission slip and
return it to your scholar’s teacher by Wednesday, January 17th.

Date: Tuesday, January 23rd

Venue: Orpheum Theater (students should come to school as normal;
transportation will be provided to and from the venue)
Cost: $0.00
Lunch: will be provided, and the theater kindly asks that students bring no
snacks
