H&S arrangements are properly resourced The H&S performance with the company
Competent H&S advice is obtained Ensure adequate resources are available
Regular reports on H&S performance Appoint a competent person in meeting the companys H&S obligations
New legislation is implemented Establish, implement, maintain a H&S program
Regular audits on H&S management systems Approval, introduction and monitor site H&S policies
Adequate consultaion with employees on H&S Issues Review and revise the effectiveness of the program
H&S Advisor
Be competent following H&S training
Report directly to senior manager on matters of policy
