But I agree with what you said. Is this health divided into two rite? That is physical and mental health
because I have read it in my book.

Jai : oo, I'm sorry for your nephew. so ? how are your nephews now ? hm I also have many nephew. All
my nephew are mostly active and cheerful. I cannot imagine if this problem happens to my own family
hmm .

Jai: be grateful if your nephew is good now. I am happy to hear that. But gais, I have read in articals,
besides the stress problem that often occurs in the student. Students are also experiencing physical
health problems that are overweight( pelajar juga mengalami masalah kesihatan fizikal iaitu berat badan
yang berlebihan). Most of the student are overweight and this causes the student to have no self-
confidence with other students. Is that right what I told nik ?

Jai: Yes right. Many of my friends are trying to lose weight by trying various products but still cannot
lose their weight. What are the methods studenst can use to lose their weight based on your experience
awak dahulu ?

Jai: ya that’s right nik, I agree with your statement.if we only eat medicines, but do not exercise. How
can fat in our body be burned ? right ? but, can you explain with more detail the regular exercise that
the student needs to do ? I do not really understand btw

Jai: ohh I see, now I understand. btw congratulations for you because trying hard to lose weight hehe. If
not, maybe you still have no confidence to talk with us. Btw gais , I read in article that most students like
to sleep late at night, this causes the student not have enough rest and can cause the student to suffer
from fever illness and colds( selsema )
