 Mia: I’m here !!!

 Jess: oh I see
 Mia: It’s been a while since I last saw you. How do you do,
Jess?
 Jess: Good ! I am still continuing my studies at university and
looking for a part-time job to supplement my resume
 Mia: That so cool !! . So why you looking so sad ? Is there
any problem
 Jess: You right. I'm very worried about my weight. I couldn't
control my body and my weight kept increasing rapidly.
 Mia: Looks terrible!
 Jess: I can't control myself when I see food. Can you give me
some advice to keep fit, Mia?
 Mia: Of course. Frist I think you should plan a reasonable
meal. You don’t necessarily have to skip meals to stay
healthy, but instead you have to eat enough nutrients.
 Jess: Can you explain more about this?
 Mia: Yes, Eating well means eating all the necessary
nutrients in one meal, such as meat, fish, eggs, and especially
green vegetables. Not only that, you need to supplement
vitamins from fruits that are good for your health
 Jess: Besides eating nutritious food, do I need to exercise at
all?
 Mia: In my experience doing exercise is the best way to keep
fit. I recommend you to play badminton in the morning or
you can jogging and swimming is also beneficial
 Mia: The last thing I want to remind you is to get enough
sleep and avoid alcohol and soft drinks because they aren't
good for your health.
 Jess: It's good that I can hear your words of sharing. I feel
better already. Thank you so much Mia
 Mia: It’s okay Jess, if you have a difficult problem, you can
share it with me. I may not be able to help much, but I can
give you some good advice.
