I feel the university environment is still quite unfamiliar but I am still trying to
adapt and make new friends. I'm glad you emailed me to ask about how to stay
healthy. You are in luck, because I am a person who is extremely concerned
about my health, both physically and mentally. I know you are a non-sports
person, but I recommend you to play some typical sports like football or
basketball, or simply badminton. These sports make your body stronger and
reduce a lot of pressure in life. You can also cycle, it's simple but extremely
effective because it helps your body work under constant intensity, makes the
body more toned and helps to clear the mind. Healthy food is an integral part of
staying healthy. You shouldn't be picky eaters, instead, eat a variety of foods,
but don't overeat. Vegetables such as broccoli, salad, lettuce and others are very
important in the meal because they provide a lot of nutrients to the body. Fruits
must also be mentioned, because the fruits are both delicious and help you to
beautify your skin and keep your figure slimmer. Those are also the ways that I
