I Wonder
The Science Behind Human Evolution
Claim

My claim is that we all have something in common.

This meaning that we all have one origin, one
ancestor, something of the sort that we “evolved”
from.
Human Evolution Theory
The theory of human evolution is the theory that humans evolved from
primates, or ape like creatures.

How did it begin? Purposeless life

Darwin's theory looks past to the blunt,
This theory began in 1856, harsh purposeless life given. Thought of
when a skull was found in we are just apart of a food chain and a

Germany. The skull Darwin came with such theories in such a

In 1859, Charles Darwin published
Origin of Species. This theorised that
all living things had some type of
common ancestor.
Reasoning
◉ Many scientist of today believe in Charles Darwin's
Origins of Species theory, even after 150 years it still
stands strong with all the understanding of DNA and all
the highly sophisticated equipment we have.

◉ Darwin also argues that the unique trait each species

has, is apart of their role to life. Having each variation is
hereditary from parent to offspring (on to survival of the
fittest).
Survival of the Fittest
(Natural Selection)
Darwin brought this theory into light with the help of Herbert
Spencer. Spencer read Darwin's book Origin of Species, after reading
this he started using the phrase “Survival of the Fittest”(1859).

This theorise the development of DNA changing only for the benefits.
For example, Insects become resistant to pesticides very quickly,
sometime in one generation. If an insect is resistant to the chemical,
most of the offspring will also be resistant. Considering that insect
generations can be a matter of weeks, insects in an area can become
immune to a chemical within months.
Creationism
The theory where all living organisms were created from “inanimate”
rather than a natural process.

How did it begin? Purpose?

Creationism is followed in With many following
many religions, but each religions based off
having different “start” creationism they think of life
times. Many believe with the as a “mission” or “purpose”

many still neglect it states reproduction system.
Adam was created at the
beginning of time.
Reason

● Many are believed to lean against religion to keep

themselves going in life, living each day like it's
their only chance to redeem or live in general.
Many might being scared to not have a divine
path/plan in life.
Stance
Why I chose this topic? My stance

I chose this topic for the reason My stance would be with evolution,
of my curiosity, having it always because of my logical side and how it
getting the best of me and adds up all the pieces of the puzzle. This
doubting all thoughts. Also going is still a developing theory, but so are all
through trauma and seeing the things. My opinion is that people believe
downs of life it questioned my in a higher power to keep sane, also
existence of a “father” one so having a purpose or a faith in life. To
cruel to his own. have self-respect instead of a harsh
critical mind or way of life, just having
each day “apart” of something.
What I learned
➔ How creationism is not only one but
has gaps and many different theories
of “god”.
➔ Why Darwin was brought to the point
of this theory with in-advanced
technology.
➔ The hereditary of our unique traits are
theorised and became off of an
offspring
