"What is the most significant takeaway that you will get hold of with you, from our export
marketing class?"

First of all I would like to commend Prof. Law Sibayan for teaching us a great
course/subject and for his patience and perseverance with us despite our actions in class. I
commend him also for he managed to help us understand the subject while having a great
experience of taking the course. With the use of his experience and connections with other
professionals, we had a better understanding of what export marketing is, how export
marketing works and why we should engage in export marketing. I would also like to
commend the way he speaks in class. Even though he may look young as a professional, once
he starts talking about the subject, it seems that he has been in the corporate world for more
than a decade already.

In his class, I received a lot of knowledge in export marketing such as the

fundamentals of the subject and the importance of knowing the rules and policies of
exportation. It is something that I can apply in doing my business plan since my knowledge
in doing business is limited only to putting-up a business that one is interested in. The subject
made me realize that being too aggressive may lead to failure, loss or the worst. I’ve learned
that doing business should have been calculated to reduce the failure of the business. Sir also
made me realize that there a plenty of things that a good research can provide. And lastly, I
understood that it is not exporting a product that links us, but rather ourselves who deeply
disseminate our intentions to the world.
