 • # We may require Power bank when we visit for Filed Visit. As there will be no
power available during the field visit, we might need a backup for charging our
phones for taking Photos & also for taking the GPS Co-ordinates.
• *While working with Prasad Sir, we faced many issues with our laptops for using
AutoCAD since our laptop doesn’t have latest version of Hardware. We worked
on desktop for designing of Parks & other works.
I. We can use our laptop for entering the data which we get from the ULB.
II. For Design purpose, it will be good if we get Desktop, since we can work better
on it.
III. Above are the things, which we required for setting up our office for this project.
I might have missed some of the items in listing out.

• # Since we are entering into the Govt. office, we required the ID Cards so that it
will help us in getting the data from the ULB office. (Optional)
• *Business card of IDCG member is required because we can give to the Nodal
Officer for sharing the data which is not available during our visit to ULB office.
As in case of Boduppal Municipality visit, some of the data wasn’t readily
available during our visit, so we have given the Himuanshu Sir, business card so
that the TPO can forward the details to Himanshu Sir.

• *During our visit to Boduppal Municipality, one of the Open Space wasn’t
Surveyed & Geo Tagged. If we have taken the Measuring tape along with us , we
could have measured the site to avoid going once again for measuring the site.
