relations?

Everyone must know, the first and the best, you should seek first the kingdom of God before you
handle the family because all our needs come from Him.

Interviewer: So sir, how do you handle your work?

Interviewee: Okay lang. I’m the engineer. I’m the accountant. I’m the time-keeper. I’m everything.
Interviewer: You’re already the company sir.

Interviewee: Yes, that’s why my co-contractors are always telling me, because their companies have
an engineer, accountant, secretary. They have lots of people, but for me, I can manage my own.

Interviewer: That’s great sir. What are the qualities you’d like to have in your company?

Interviewer: So sir, what’s strength do you think you have to make that in your position?

Interviewee: My power is always coming from dearest Jesus.

Interviewer: What did you do when you are experiencing hardships in family work and
relationships?

Interviewee: Always and always, from dearest Jesus. When I handle my family, sometimes I also
scold them. I’m always telling them, always advising them, always love dearest Jesus. For me, I’m
not stating naman na tuwid ako sa lahat ng bagay. I’m only human being. Minsan nagkakamali din
ako pero ginagawa kong ituwid. Sa kristyano kasi walang sinasabing malas, always paalala.

Interviewer: So, what are your forms of encouragement to pursue in life?

Interviewer: Always, I’m telling that to depend always to dearest Jesus. Since 1992, before the
company is established, I started with a poor family. For me, I’m not a board passer. My sweetheart,
my misis, is also not a board passer. We married 1995. I became a tindero in Baclaran and my
beloved wife is tindera.
Interviewer: Ano po tinitinda nyo dun sir?

Interviewee: Slippers. I live here in Marikina and become tindera’t tindero. Then after that, for 8
months, we worked there in Baclaran. Her kuya, was born 1996. Then Ezra, 1998. We have 2 kids.
In 1992, I became a born again Christian. I seek also to ask needs from my parents, my brothers and
sisters because we are incapable with financial. What we did is always go to church, Wednesday,
Friday and Sunday. After that I became also a supplier of foods in Marikina, karinderia. My wife was
the one who cook the food. I’m the one who supply only in Marikina. At that time I don’t have
enough budget to buy food for my family. Even milk and diaper. We don’t have washing machine.
I’m the one washing our clothes. Then after supplying food in Marikina, for 8 months also, my
sweetheart told me, “why not go abroad?”. Before, even though I graduated in an engineering
course, if you didn’t pass the board exam, it was very hard to find a job. I applied in Makati but they
reject me even though I passed the exam because they look for my in I advise you that if you finish
120 units, tried to take exam integrity pertaining to civil service. Do not wait for your board exam.
When you apply for work, the will ask you “What’your …?”

Interviewer: Well sir, thank for your kind effort. We hope you continue to inspire people to be a
successful person like you and of course with the presence of God. Thank you for the words of
wisdom, guidance and courage. Here’s a simple certificate and token of appreciation.
