I stayed home from school because I don’t spread germs/ bacteria from my

friends or teachers since the germs/bacteria all over their bodies but it was marked on

PowerSchool on that day and I got a lot of absences on PowerSchool including tardies.

Unexcused absences means you skipped class and excused absence means you did not skip class

(with permission). Unexcused tardies means you’re late to class and excused tardies means

you’re not late (with permission). You did not get a grade in lunch (doesn’t matter what lunch do

you have), homeroom or study hall because it’s not academic classes. I do have a few missing

assignments means that assignment is missing but it’s still turned in. I do have a few late

assignments means that assignment is turned in late. Some of the grades are blank because the

teacher hasn’t receive a grade yet or I haven’t turned it in. Exempt means you’re excused from

doing it and collected means it was turned in. Absent means you’re gone on that day. On

PowerSchool, they have other absences like going out of town, funeral, field trips, etc. Note that

students have 4 minutes to get to class and then 1 minute bell means they have to get to class in 1

minute. If there’s no absences on that day, it will be blank. If you do see a teacher during Little

Hawk Time (except Thursdays and Mondays), the teacher will request you for extra help to get a

grade up. If you do not see a teacher during Little Hawk Time, you can sign up enrichments like

Makerspace, Khan Academy, Library League, etc. Study Hall is good place to do your

homework done whenever you have study hall.
