Objective
To serve a community of believers by encouraging an atmosphere of humility, honesty and
passion in worship. To play skillfully executed modern worship music. To use my skills in media &
technology in a relevant way to reach the lost. To teach and be taught within a community of believers.

Qualifications
The most important qualifications of a worship leader is the ability to live a life of worship on and
off the stage and to demonstrate a love for the Lord and others that is sincere and honest. I am also
experienced and trained in music composition and performance as well as audio/visual engineering and
production which enables me to use music and media as a powerful tool to help the body of Christ
engage with God. I have been a worship pastor for over 6 years. The current church I am serving at is a
multi site church with over 2300 in weekly attendance.

Current Role:

Plan/set up/execute Sunday morning worship experience.

9 bands over 3 stages for a total of 7 services each Sunday.

Chord charts, chord packets, tracks all uploaded weekly and run a weekly rehearsal.

Mix rehearsals and send them off so band can listen before Sunday.

Lead worship almost every sunday plus extra services; including prayer and worship nights, youth band,
off site leading.
Recruit and develop musicians and singers.

Build into new leaders.

8 weeks out in planning, meet every Tuesday for service design meetings.

Lead up stage design team.

Other:

- Direct, film, and edit visual media including weekly Sunday announcement video's and personal
testimony videos as well as many other creative video ideas. Bumpers, funny video's etc. Using Sony
Vegas, After Effects, Mocha, Photoshop, Canon 6D. Samples available in the info section under my

- Some graphic & media needs for the church. Including logo's branding, style guides, sermon graphics,

- Invest and build into my volunteer teams. Recruit, train and inspire new people. Recruit by utilizing
local talent pools like Glee, rock camps etc…

- Research. keep up with trends within the worship and media circles. The idea is to stay on top or
ahead of the coming trends. Follow blogs, podcasts, reading etc...

- Working with the ministry team in a wide variety of supporting roles. Working under my SR pastor
and his leadership.

- Led stage design team. Booking teams, researching designs and executing the tear down nd set up of
new stage designs 4 times a year.

**Other Experience

Stage Manager - Set up and executed audio and visual for over 350 shows for my own band. Leading
worship/rock music for churches and schools across Canada.

Worked full time in the A/V field in Ottawa for LMB. Simultaneous interpretation and conference A/V.
