neutral-color thread and 2 pieces of cotton

The Church Council has voted to nominate a Alice Gentzler Kayla Mertz
candidate for the position of Senior Pastor and
will present the candidate to the congregation at Jeff & Cathy Erwin

On Sunday, July 15, following the 8:30 am
service, a special congregational meeting will be PUBLICITY
conducted to elect a rostered leader of the church Midge Hedrick
to serve this congregation. The vote will take
place by a paper ballot and time for questions
will be provided.
A two-thirds majority is required for the election
of a rostered leader. There will also be a vote on
the recommended compensation package for the
rostered leader which may be decided by voice
or hand vote, and requires a simple majority. No
other items of business may be conducted at this
meeting.
