Station 3. A 45-year-old female, obese, came in for severe epigastric pain with radiation to the back,
nausea and vomiting. On PE, pake palpebral conjunctive, icteric sclerae, the RUQ is tender on deep
palpation, (+) inspiratory arrest
Station 3. A 69 year old female came in for fever and cough for 1 week. The sputum was blood streaked,
greenish yellow in color. On PE, rales was noted on the right base

Station 4. A 35 year old male was noted to have anasarca. Review of history revealed he took
Flanax,MX3 for 1 year now. A month prior to admission, the urine was noted to be tea colored and a
week PTA, the urine was scanty approximately 200 cc in 24 hours. The following lab test was noted.
