팬오션 소속 선박의 연료 절감을 위해 2012 년 3 월부터 연료 첨가제를

적용하고 있습니다.
LOC-155537 관련하여, 하기와 같이 재홍보 드리오니 적극적인 청구 및 사용
바랍니다.

2. 연료류 첨가제 사용 지침

1) 대상 : 팬오션 전 선박 (LNG KOLT 호 제외)

2) 첨가제 사용 제외 선박
-. 장기 대선중인 선박
-. 신규 첨가제 TEST 중이거나 TEST 예정으로 지정된 선박 (17/01/13 기준
PAN RAPIDO 호 1 척)
-. 최근 6 개월 이내 신조/중고 인수한 선박
-. 한국/싱가폴 불기항으로 청구하지 못하는 선박은 해당 항구 기항시
청구

3) 청구/보급 (입항 최소 1 주일 전 구매팀 담당자에게 청구)

① 한국 또는 싱가폴 기항 시에만 보급 가능
② 청구 시 단일 품목 청구서 작성 (정기선용품 청구서 등에 포함 금지)

② 제품 특성 : 아스팔텐성 슬러지의 생성 억제 및 분해를 통한 분사
상태 향상으로 연소 효율 증대

5) 사용 방법
① 투입 비율 : 연료유 첨가제 1L 당 연료 8 TON (1 : 8000)
② 투입 방법 : Air Vent 또는 Sounding Pipe 통해 투입
③ 투입 시기 : 연료 수급 전 또는 Tank 사용 최소 24 시간 이전
④ 주의 사항
-. 타 Maker 제품간 혼용 금지
-. YUNIC-555D 가 AMERGY-222 효능을 포함하므로 중복 사용 불필요
-. Sludge 분산 효과로 인하여 잔존 Sludge 가 많은 F.O Tank 의 경우 약
1 개월 가량
Sludge 과다 발생할 수 있으므로 F.O Strainer 및 Sludge Tank Level
주의 요망.
⑤ 보관 장소 : Chemical 창고에 보관 (MSDS 포함)

We wish for good health of all shipboard personnel who make every effort
for the safety of operation and the increase of company interests.

To reduce fuel costs of Pan Ocean ships, we have been using fuel additives since
March 2012.
According to LOC-155537, this is to inform you that re-issue application of fuel
additives.
Please take necessary measures so that we can save maximum fuel.

2. Guideline for Fuel Additive

1) Applicable ships : All ships of Pan Ocean

2) Excluded use
-. Long-term T/C OUT ships
-. New additive test designated vessel
-. New building or purchased vessels within the last 6 months
-. A vessel that can not be charged because it has not calling in Korea /
Singapore

3) Request/Supply
① Supply only when calling in a port in Korea or Singapore
(Request to the Procurement Team no later than one week prior to entering
the port)
② Fill out a single item invoice for the bill
③ Request Amount
- Calling in Korea or Singapore in the last 6 months : Order for 6 months
- Not Calling in Korea or Singapore within the last 6 months: Order for 12
months

4) Kind of Fuel Additive

① Product Name : YUNIC-555D (Maker : NIPPON YUKA)
② Characteristics : The efficiency of combustion is improved by suppressing
and
decomposition the creation of asphaltene sludge.

5) How to use
① Ratio : 1L of fuel additive per 8 TON (1 : 8000)
② How to inject: Through air vent or sounding pipe
③ When : Before fuel supply or no later than 24 hours before using tank
④ Caution
-. Do not mix product from different makers
 -. YUNIC-555D includes the effect of AMERGY-222. No need to use both
-. At first, you should pay attention to F.O Strainer and sludge tank level
⑤ Storage : To keep it in the chemical store (with MSDS)
