IBR –1950 Homepage

Five main links or buttons can be seen on the IBR home page.

Clicking on the link Contents (Chapter wise) will take the user to the page consisting
Listed 16 Chapters. One can browse through the regulations listed in theses chapters
by clicking on the link chapter I or as required.
Clicking on the link Contents (Regulation wise) will take the user to the List of
regulations in ascending order. A user can scroll through the regulations & see the
regulation he requires by clicking on to the regulation.
Clicking on the Search link enables the user to search a word or a regulation on this
site only. After getting the search result he can open the page by clicking on the
search result.
Clicking on the link “ List of Amendments “ a user can see the notifications by
Government stating amendments in Regulations.
Clicking The last link “ Indian Boiler Act 1923” takes the user to the page bearing the
various Acts under IBR 1923 as modified upto 1st July 1962
