STATEMENT
About approval of a new station

Based on the decision N0 272/QD-VTP-HT approved on

19/05/2015 about the promulgation of the rents norm of Viettel
Peru;
Based on the plan of deployment of a network infrastructure of
stations in Peru;
Based on the actual situation of Branch Junin;
Branch Junin proposed a approvement for 01 new points of BTS :
JUN0163.
The process of contract negotiation:
- Stage 1: February 25, 2017; Miguel Pacheco collaborator staff
of the branch to negotiate with the owner about renting 45 m2 to
construction the BTS, results the owner require price is 850.00
Soles / month.
- Stage 2: February 28, 2016; Miguel Pacheco collaborator staff
to continue negotiate with the owner about renting 45 m2 with
price 500 Soles/month to construction the BTS, results the
owner require price is 750.00 Soles / month.
- Stage 3: March 05, 2017; Miguel Pacheco collaborator staff to
continue negotiate with the owner about renting 45 m2 with
price 685.00 Soles/month to construction the BTS, and the
owner accepted price of 685.00 Soles / month.
- After three rounds of negotiations, owner accepted the price.
 1. Proposal approval of unit price :
- Respectfully request Board of Directors and departments
approval price for rents station JUN0163 is 685.00 soles / 01
month (including 5 % tax SUNAT) equal to 171.25 %
compared to the norm (400 Soles/ month) .
- This position is the radio Dept. was accepted and have the
lowest rents in the area.
- Contract duration is 5 years and paying 1 year /times.
2. Location:
Proposal approved address, coordinates, altitude house/land and
the type of construction for the station JUN0163 as attached
appendix.
Respectfully request the Board of Directors, the functional
departments for approval.
This memorandum shall be prepared in 4 copies, one for each
part.
