As per requirement of the subject EVT472 (Environmental Management System), the Environmental
Technology / Chemistry Students are required to visit any organization with ISO 14001 certified. This is with
an objective of giving them an insight of operation and the actual implementation of ISO 14001. Likewise, this
will supplement the various theories acquired in the classroom for a simultaneous understanding and
application.

In connection with this, we would like to request your permission to allow us to conduct the academic visit
regarding the operation and implementation of ISO 14001 in your organization. If permitted, the group
composed of five (5) students (Name list as per attached) will be visiting your company on 9 MAY 2016
(Monday) at 9.00 am.
