Document Verification for 12 candidates and complete interview coordination for 11 candidates. Got
permissions for faculty visit to company.

03 July 2018

Went to Sholinganallur to meet induction team and then got details about Pit-stopper’s session which is
conducted for all students who got selected as HR in previous campus recruitment. Every year across
INDIA 55-60 students will be selected as HR’s and this session has a duration of 14 days which will
happen in Ahmadabad or Trivandrum. This is happening for past three years, of which from last year
even sabbatical students have to attend this session. Worked with IT sourcing team for some time.

04 July 2018

There were 15 people who were called for interview process in Cyber security domain. Technical
panelists were not available and so since there is a provision that either TR or MR round can happen
over phone, for those 15 people TR round happened over phone. I was taking care of TR round
scheduling and receiving feedbacks and passing on the same to HR and then taking the selected
candidates from TR round to MR round. Then I did the same for MR round. Out of 15 people 7 Cleared
MR round and 5 was selected among them.

I was also taking care of tagging the panelists for individual candidates in ultimatix and also was inside
HR discussion.

05 July 2018

Today was my last day at Velachery as I need to go to sholinganallur on 6th July to submit my id-card and
get experience certificate. Had a chance to interact with Dharmesh who is in charge for promotion and
compensation discussions across Tamilnadu. Helped sourcing team to confirm the candidate’s arrival for
weekend drive.

Interview co-ordination was taken care by Azar in sholinganallur and I helped him with it. ID cards were
taken back and experience letters were given for me and Azar.
