RECRUITMENT
 Human resource is an important corporate asset and the
overall performance of company depends on the way it is
put to use.
 Recruitment is almost central to any management
process and failure in recruitment can create difficulties
for any company
 It is defined as, “a process to discover the sources of
manpower to meet the requirements of the staffing
schedule and to employ effective measures for attracting
that manpower in adequate numbers to facilitate
effective selection of an efficient workforce.”
SELECTION
 To select means to choose.
 Selection is the process of picking individuals who have
relevant qualifications to fill jobs in an organization.
 The basic purpose is to choose the individual who can
most successfully perform the job from the pool of
qualified candidates.
 How well an employee is matched to a job is very
important because it directly affects the amount and
quality of employee’s work.
COMPANY PROFILE
 TAREEQA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS is an optimal platform that trains
Leadership Skills, Entrepreneurial Skills, and Public Speaking & helps to
transform an ordinary personality to an Alpha through veteran & practical
result oriented mentorship.
 It is a private limited company situated in Aligarh, India.
 The company has provided mentorship to more than 3000+ students,
internships to 5000+ students, provided jobs to 500+ candidates as a part of
job consultancy portion and also conducted seminars for more than 100+
institutes in all over India.
  The founder of the company Mr. Anubhav Singh is successfully running a
job consultancy in a tie up with 22 MNCs based in Delhi.
  This company provides several courses such as HR training, Finance
training MS excel, Digital marketing course, Marketing mastery course,
Personality development and English-speaking course and also provides Job
consultancy.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
 Primary objective
 To understand the process of recruitment in TAREEQA
GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.

Secondary objective
 To know the sources of recruitment at various level and
various job
 Identify how theories and concepts that covered in BBA
program are applied (practical knowledge) in recruitment
and selection.
LITERATURE REVIEW
 RECRUITMENT: Recruitment is the process of attracting individuals on a
timely basis in sufficient numbers and with appropriate qualification, to apply
for jobs within an organization.

 SELECTION: Selection process is a decision-making process. Employee


selection is the process of putting right men on the right job

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
 A research methodology defines the purpose of the research, how it
proceeds, how to measure progress and what constitute success with
respect to the objectives determined for carrying out the research
study.
 Research Design: Descriptive research

 Source of Data collection: primary as well as the secondary


sources was used for collection of data.

PRIMARY DATA
 Primary data was collected by observing organization’s recruitment
and selection process while working as intern in human resource in
TAREEQA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd. The duration of
internship was 24 May, 2021 to 8 July, 2021.

INTERPRETATION:
 From the 60 managers, About

33(55%) of the manager say that they prefer both internal


as well as external source for recruitment and selection
whereas only 9 (15%) go for internal source and
18(30%) of them go for external sources.
 Method mostly preferred for
recruitment and selection preferred way of
recruitment by Tareeqa global
solutions Pvt. Ltd.

 For about 36 (60%) of the managers go for direct


recruitment and selection and 18 (30%) go for indirect
and only 6 (10%) go for third party recruitment way.
Form of interview preferred by
Employees.

INTERPRETATION:
 In Tareeqa global solutions Pvt.

Ltd 27 (45%) of manager prefer personal


interviews, 18 (30%) prefer to take
telephonic interview, 9 (15%) prefer to go
for video conference.
FINDINGS

 In TAREEQA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd most of the


employees feel that the HR department is good. About 75% of the
managers that they prefer both internal as well as external source
for recruitment and selection.
 About 65% of the managers go for direct recruitment and selection
and less number for managers prefer indirect or third party.
 Managers prefers to go for campus interviews and even casual
application that are received for recruitment but they hardly prefer
placement agencies.
 Most of the managers prefer Personal Interviews, 30% prefer to
take telephonic interviews, where as only 20% go to video
conferencing and rest 10% adopt some other means of interviews.
CONCLUSION
This present the summary of the study and survey done in relation
to the Recruitment and Selection in Tareeqa Global Solutions Pvt
Ltd. The conclusion is drawn from the study and survey of the
company regarding the Recruitment and Selection process carries
out there. The Recruitment process at in Tareeqa Global Solutions
Pvt Ltd to some extent is not done objectively and therefore lot of
bias hampers the future of the employees. That is why the search
or headhunt of people should be those whose skill into the
company’s value. Most of the employees were satisfied but
changes are required according to the changing scenario as
recruitment process has a great impact on the working of the
company as a fresh blood, new idea enters in the company.
Selection process is good but is should also be modified
accordingly to the requirements and should job profile so that main
objective of selecting the candidate could be archived.
