will that helps their colleagues and is for the overall good of the
association. " Teamwork" is one of the most crucial factors that led to
Binny Basal's rise to the position of a successful leader. Because he is
not a trained expert in a variety of areas, including technology, he
believes that he is unable to achieve success without the assistance of
skilled members of his team. Therefore, he needs to ensure that the
association is comprised of very capable individuals. When asked about
the difference between a leader and an employee, binny Bansal once

How much do employees actually get to experience what the corporation has
planned to provide?

Why do they choose to work for that particular company, and how do people
feel about their careers there?

The findings of our focus group conversation with employees who operate in a
variety of jobs and scenarios demonstrate that Flipkart is, in fact, a one-of-a-
kind organisation to be employed by. The following ideas and quotations
describe their accomplishments as well as the atmosphere they experienced
while working at Flipkart: People are attracted to the company because of
binny bansal, who gives them a dream that is believable and encourages them
to stay there. In the last decade, I had not witnessed a model that was
successful in the field of training for interpersonal relationships.

In spite of the fact that the obstacles for each iteration appear to be
insurmountable, we have been successful in overcoming them every time.
Because of our previous accomplishment, we are now convinced that we will
be able to meet all of the company's requirements, despite the fact that there
will be six of them. An chance to really make a contribution by creating an
innovative approach to conducting business We were encouraged to have a
vision from the moment we started working for the organisation. The goal of
the organization, no matter the circumstances, is to find an ideal that will
improve the lives of other people.

Binny Bansal may fall under Theory Y of Douglas
McGregor's Motivation Theory of X and Y. According to

1
Theory Y, consumers love working, are creative, seek responsibility, and seem
to be able to self-direction.

Theory of Needs
The theory of wants, which analyses a person's need for achievement,
belonging, and power, was introduced by David McClelland and his co-
conspirators.

Binny Bansal is propelled forward by an intense hunger for success. He has

always been focused on achieving victory in all he does. He puts in a lot of
effort and is a firm believer that one should try their best to contribute
everything they have in order to accomplish their goals. He has a moderate
need to connect with others. As was mentioned before, Binny has a low
extrovert score, which means that he does not communicate a strong need for
affiliation and does not wish to be affiliated until it is necessary for him to
accomplish his goals. His requirement for physical prowess is quite modest,
which contributes to the fact that he is a good leader. He is not interested in
gaining greater authority, and he is unwavering in his dedication to effecting
change.

Self-Efficacy Theory
According to Bandura's theory of self-efficacy, those who have a high
level of self-efficacy are more likely to view challenging tasks as something that
should be worked through to become proficient at, rather than a chore that
should be avoided. People's faith in their capabilities to accomplish goals is
referred to as self-efficacy.

Binny Bansal is able to attend the Republican Caucuses because he possesses a

high level of self-efficacy, which he displayed when he participated in the
event. Listening to others and showing respect for other perspectives was a
priority for him as he worked through the challenges of a successful leader's
issues, priorities, goals, and tasks.

 Leadership Skills of Binny Bansal

The story isn't any loss unexpected when Binny Bansal founded Flipkart from
scratch. This is an incredible success story that teaches us that if we just start,
everything will fall into place. Binny bansal adaptability represents one of his
most valuable assets. He demonstrated his adaptability to a new environment
and changing circumstances. Along the way, we solved many essential
customer and supply issues. He is also an active angel investor and mentor,
having made more than 30 investment opportunities in the start-up
ecosystem.

Binny bansal co-founder of India’s largest online retailer Flipkart founded in

2007. and bansal mindset has relocated to data-driven business. He was
aware, however, that statistics was the new technology at the time. where
data is king.

Binny Bansal was appointed CEO of Flipkart in 2016, where he was responsible
for strategic development, direction, and business management.  In 2017, he
was appointed CEO of the Flipkart Group, and his perception was given to
Kalyan Krishnamurthy. Walmart purchased a 77% stock of the Flipkart group in

1
2018. Binny Bansal was appointed Chairman and Group CEO following the
acquisition.Successful leaders have problem-solving abilities. Binny Bansal uses
this ability to make rapid decisions, overcome obstacles, and produce quick
results. Following that, he must figure things out on his own and choose how
to proceed. That was the important life lesson he had understood in his
entrepreneurial career, he said. If he intends to be a business owner.

The founders were hell bent on establishing trust between Indian consumers,
and consumers doubled down on that goal by establishing and implementing a
no-questions-asked return policy, which was followed by a free replacement.
They were ready to sacrifice growth in exchange for customer satisfaction.

 Leadership During covid 19

" Binny Bansal has a meeting with the company's leaders at least
once a week, and he meets each of his employees at least once a
month, to assess how things are going. These meetings are held in a
group format and with all new employees. A bulletin board system
(BBS) can be found on the internet, and it enables staff members to
express their ideas and perspectives. binny has a habit of engaging in
open and relaxed conversation with the personnel on zoom.

The media-induced nationwide fear The old proverb attributed to

Seneca came to mind: "We suffer more in our imaginations than in
our realities." This rings true for most of us, and it's a sad reflection
on our imaginations that we tend to believe it. The third and perhaps
most important lesson we should have learned from this is that no
plan will eventually work out; look back three months and every
company, every smart person, and every person on earth will have

1
plans for the next quarter, for the next six months, for the next year,
and for the next five years, and then boom! Black swan event occurs,
throwing every plan into chaos. When anything happens that we call
a "black swan," all of the preparations that have been made, even by
the brightest minds, are rendered useless. Which conclusions can we
draw from this? This reminds us that success comes not to those
who are well-prepared but to those who are nimble enough to adapt
on the fly. The ones who can pivot and adapt when necessary will
come out on top in the end with this strategy. Having a strategy is
not enough; what really matters is how quickly and easily you can
adapt to new circumstances.

The events surrounding the coronavirus, which have deservedly

reached every corner of the globe, have prompted me to raise the
same question. Here are three lessons that the coronavirus taught
me: The first is how much we've discovered about the massive
coronavirus outbreak that affected so many worlds so recently in
covid history. What have we learned about the catastrophic event
that affected those worlds nearly immediately within the context of
covid time? As time goes on, the world becomes more
interconnected than ever before. This will show us how
interconnected and globalized the globe has become, as something
that began in a small village in some mysterious area of the entire
nation out there is now influencing this very same planet. This virus
originated in a remote Chinese village, but it has now spread around
the globe. Wuhan is a very tiny city in China.
