Short bond paper
Black ballpen

Mechanics:
1. The theme is “Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin”
2. All entries must be written in “Tagalog” and must have atleast 350 words.
3. All essays must be original and unpublished previously.
4. All entries will be judged based on content, originality, structure and style.
5. Entries must be submitted within the allotted time (1 hour)
